      Migration to a new server

    The current host has served its purpose almost three years now, and it was decided that it is time for some new hardware!

    In the light of the recently risen price for electricity in Germany - the previous server location - our data center operator has chosen to adjust their prices. Therefore I took the opportunity to pick a newer, better machine that is now located in Finland.

    Downtime

    The expected downtime is estimated to be 3-4h, starting 9:30 – 10:00 CET.

    Which services are affected?

    • The Cloud site
    • Cloud storages
    • Game servers

    Which services won't be affected?

    The XMPP messaging is completely unaffected; mail will still be received or delivered.
